Training Policies

 

ASM has set up a structured training and education programme for all personnel in accordance with the competency standards set out by the Security Industry Authority. We are using the appropriate National Occupational Standards devised by Skills for Security to decide on the competency framework for each job type.

Our ARC staff are assessed on a monthly basis. This assessment is based on personal performance against agreed targets. These monthly assessments form modules for the annual appraisal scheme.

We work hard in ensuring our training practises fulfil the requirements of our staff in enabling them to perform at their higest levels. A skill & knowledge based salary grading system is in place to ensure the hard work is rewarded.
